Individual Ilera Eko Plan: This is a health insurance plan that covers one person for primary and some secondary health benefits under the mandatory Lagos State Health Scheme and Ilera Eko range of plans. The plan costs N8,500 per annum. The plan covers registration and consultation, specialist care, treatment of common ailments, childhood illnesses, eye care, family planning services, child welfare services, hospital care and admission, pharmaceutical care, blood transfusion, chronic disease, and HIV/AIDS. The plan allows the enrollee to access affordable and quality health services from a wide range of primary health centers in all local governments of the state.

Family Ilera Eko Plan: This is a health insurance plan that covers a family of six (father, mother, and four children under 23 years) for the same benefits as the individual Ilera Eko plan. The plan costs N40,000 per annum and has the same features as the individual plan. The plan also allows the enrollee to add additional dependents for an extra fee of N8,500 per annum as dependent. The plan ensures that the entire family can enjoy the benefits of the Ilera Eko health scheme and have access to affordable and quality health services from a wide range of primary health centers in all local governments of the state.
